WESTWOOD — At 3 a.m. PST Monday morning, the UCLA Board of Directors released a statement on the “UCLA Free And For Sale” Facebook page advertising UCLA campus’ subleasing availability during spring quarter, with utilities included at no extra cost. “Subletting spot in spacious, fully furnished campus for spring quarter. 200 buildings, three working bathrooms and all utilities included except Wi-Fi,” read the board’s Facebook post, whose comment section was quickly swarmed by bots from other universities looking to sublet their own campuses. “Rent is negotiable, move-in date whenever. You could honestly move in right now. Please. Please God please.” The board later edited their post to clarify that no free parking spaces are available.
