Madison, WI—Area man Joseph Peterson is dressing as a “Mexican cowboy” for Halloween, and plans to use the same costume for Cinco De Mayo next year. “Yeah, I got the sombrero, and the poncho and the maracas. I’ve got my Mexican accent down and I even got myself fake whiskers,” he said, stroking the razor thin facial hair applications attached to his face. While shaking his maracas for the local “señoritas’ tatas,” Peterson stated that the costume is also perfect for the “traditional Mexican drinking holiday” Cinco De Mayo. Later that evening, Peterson was seen spouting phrases such as “Sí señor” and “Ay papí” at passersby.
