WESTWOOD–UCLA students confirmed this past week that local hookah bar Habubu Cafe is most definitely a front for an ambiguous black-market industry. “It’s like, never crowded in there, it only has two stars on Yelp, yet they remain open for business. How does that work?” asked second-year neuroscience major Brent McBride. “And they always seem to be weirdly suspicious of their own customers. Plus, who around here is smoking hookah when we have legal weed? It just doesn’t add up.” At press time, the Cafe was closed during business hours for a “health inspection.”
