WESTWOOD — After three years of listening to his roommate exclusively play “Wonderwall” by Oasis, one man has confirmed that the aspiring acoustic guitarist was now attempting to learn “Creep” by Radiohead. “I’m so relieved that over spring break he’s found another sad-boi English rock band to drown his sorrows in,” said fourth-year computer science major Greg Hartman as his roommate played the first 10 seconds of “Creep” before switching back to “Wonderwall.” “At least there’s some anticipation whenever he picks up that dusty guitar – what type of pub loner is he going to be tonight? Doesn’t matter, because he won’t play unless there’s any women around.” At press time, Hartman’s roommate was wistfully starting a one-man jam sesh on Tongva Steps.
