HOLLYWOOD — In a surprise announcement made Tuesday morning, Pixar revealed its plans for the production of Toy Story 5. “The concept is basically the same as the first four movies: the toys all have minds of their own, they’re used and old, and Andy’s relationship with them is very strong,” said John Lasseter as he furiously tucked his Hawaiian shirt back into his pants. “The toys go limp, see, when someone else comes into the room. But at night,” Lasseter chuckled, his eyes glistening with glee, “well, that’s when they’ll come to life!” At press time, Lasseter had locked himself in the sound room for one and a half minutes of “peace and quiet.”
