Only Man In Gender Studies Class Raises Hand

WESTWOOD — In last Tuesday’s Introduction to Gender Studies discussion, Brock Price, a 6-foot tall football player, frat brother, and the only man in the class, raised his hand for the first time all quarter. “I’m glad we finally have a male voice in this discussion,” said every female student in the class in unison. “Is he going to make a commentary on the need for intersectional perspectives in feminist literature? Did he figure out how many genders there really are?” Despite high hopes, Price simply repeated something a female student had just said, but louder.
