WESTWOOD — Sigma Alpha Epsilon member Tanner Hunter has changed his ways after completing the Winter 2023 Everfi Title IX training. “I wasn’t going to do the Everfi stuff at all, but I had a change of heart once my brother explained I couldn’t enroll in my spring classes otherwise,” said Hunter, who resonated with the training’s message after recognizing a character who said things he has said, and did things he has done. “I just never thought about it that way before. Around slide 36 of 45, everything changed. Years of growing up in a rape culture, virtually erased. I’ll never go back. Thanks, Everfi!” At press time, Hunter was seen adding the words “enthusiastically consensual” to a “USC Daughter Drop-off” poster outside of SAE.
