WESTWOOD — Bruin Democrats President Melissa Hargrave informed club members this past Wednesday that the club had received enough funding to install new couches for the echo chamber where they host their weekly meetings. “I think we’re going to buy them from Ikea because their couches can fit more people for dynamic political conversations,” said Hargrave, the other members of the executive board immediately agreeing. “It’s great because this week we’re going to talk about what would have happened if Bernie had won the primaries instead. It’s a topic we haven’t sat down to address since last meeting.” When asked to comment, all members of Bruin Democrats again agreed with each other without conflicting opinions or thoughts.
